Her journey into rescue work began with volunteering at shelters and fostering , where she saw firsthand the urgent need for support, resources, and compassion. Determined to make a lasting impact, she founded The 11th Hour to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs and cats while promoting education on animal welfare.

Nicole believes that every animal deserves a second chance, and through her leadership, The 11th Hour is creating a community of dedicated adopters, foster families, and volunteers who share the same vision.
